THE ONLY POST-ACUTE, LONG-TERM CARE NETWORK IN ILLINOIS
Illinois Aging Services Network (ILASN) is a network of non-profit, post-acute, long-term care providers banding together to navigate the changes to reimbursement.
What does that mean for you?
ABOUT US
The Illinois Aging Services Network (ILASN) is an organization dedicated to maximizing the health and well-being of seniors in Illinois through innovative care management and quality improvement. As an affiliate of LeadingAge Illinois, ILASN provides its members with access to resources and services that support network members' managed care contracting needs and quality improvement efforts.

Members of ILASN get a dedicated team of managed care experts who leverage ILASN's quality program to negotiate contracts with MCOs that have better terms and better rates. Not only does this approach improve outcomes for patients and residents, ILASN's value-based care approach also reduces spending for MCOs all while increasing reimbursements for member organizations. A true triple WIN!
Today, ILASN continues to build upon its support to members for contract negotiation, credentialing services, and the robust quality program that uses utilization reports and scoring to evaluate how member facilities rank in quality scores. ILASN looks forward to the next evolution in value-based care where providers get paid more for meeting quality care outcomes.

TESTIMONIALS

We have been very pleased with how ILASN has increased the number of managed care contracts we have. ILASN started with obtaining 5 MLTSS contracts for our communities since that was the urgent need when the Network was started. Since then, ILASN has obtained 6 commercial and Medicare advantage plans that our communities participate in and is working on 6 more contracts. The recent improvement to the collection of quality data shows promise to open the door for contracts with incentive payments to help increase reimbursement.

Membership allows us to enter contracts on a more level playing field with insurance companies due to the collective strength ILASN brings to the table supporting a large group of facilities. The collective insights into the terms also adds to the ability to negotiate effectively.
