ABOUT US
LeadingAge Illinois not-for-profit, post-acute, long-term care providers have joined together to create a specialized network, ILASN, whose mission is to maximize the health and well-being of seniors through innovative, cost-effective care management practices; quality improvement activities, and contracting relationships with health plans and health delivery systems.

Members have a dedicated Managed Care Team for contract negotiation, credentialing services, and a robust quality program.

We have been very pleased with how ILASN has increased the number of managed care contracts we have. ILASN started with obtaining 5 MLTSS contracts for our communities since that was the urgent need when the Network was started. Since then, ILASN has obtained 6 commercial and Medicare advantage plans that our communities participate in and is working on 6 more contracts. The recent improvement to the collection of quality data shows promise to open the door for contracts with incentive payments to help increase reimbursement.
